The team

The Order to Cash (OTC) department is responsible for processing sales invoices, cash collection, and credit risk across Broadcast, Studios and Global Entertainment.

The team, comprising 14 members, processes up to 6,000 invoices and collects up to £250m per month.

We manage new customer setup requests to evaluate every company's credit worthiness, distribute invoices via various methods and proactively speak to each customer to resolve invoice queries enabling payment to be made on time and to the agreed terms.

We work with a number of internal teams but have a close relationship with our sales / commercial teams.

This is designed to further enhance any existing relationships and to work together to provide the best customer experience whilst taking appropriate action to mitigate any risk or potential bad debt.

You will be friendly and approachable, respectful to all of your ITV colleagues
You'll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines

Eligibility/Entry Criteria
As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications

You have lived within the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years consecutively
You meet the entry criteria for the apprenticeship as listed above
You cannot have achieved the qualification already and you must not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment
