Description

Main Duties

  • Producing quotes of Materials from drawings and parts lists
  • Producing Sales Order numbers
  • Create pick lists for Stores and Manufacturing departments
  • Advise departments of all stock requirements
  • Maintenance of the Parts database.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Additional tasks as set by the manager

Skills and Attributes

  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to use office software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Hours 8:30am -5:00pm Monday-Friday


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
