An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the vibrant, forward thinking team at Rohallion Secure Care Clinic which is situated within the grounds of Murray Royal Hospital.

Rohallion Secure Care Clinic, represents a unique setting for secure care in that both medium and low secure care facilities and a Forensic Community Mental Health Team are co-located in a beautiful, semi-rural, elevated site within walking distance of Perth town centre.


Experience in change management is essential, with the ability to engage, motivate, challenge and influence multidisciplinary teams at a managerial and clinical level.

In practice, we need to:

  • Demonstrate our values in the way we work and treat each other

You must have previous experience and be registered with a first degree or equivalent in your relevant discipline. Applicants must have proven improvement expertise. An ability to analyse a range of qualitative and quantitative data is essential to effectively process this data and develop measurement frameworks and produce reports providing feedback on progress


You must be IT literate and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate change within multidisciplinary teams.

Hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week
