Salary:
up to £46,000 depending on experience + company car/car allowance + quarterly bonus + other company benefits


Job Type:
Permanent, Full time: 40 hours per week


Overview of the role:


The Network Management Team at FMG have an exciting new opportunity for someone with a strong track record of supplier relationship management & a great understanding of bodyshop operations to join their team as a Regional Network Manager.


In this field-based role, you will be tasked with effectively managing and developing the repair network within your allocated geographical region and will play a key role in the performance of the network on a day to day basis to ensure our vehicle repairservice is of the highest standard.


Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and manage the repair network in your allocated region in line with the network strategy.
Relationship building with potential new repairers, suppliers and key industry stakeholders.
Carry out Audits within agreed timeframes on all aspects of the repair network.
Work with Operations on allocations maintaining an accurate clear visible capacity plan.

Drive best practice across the network and seek opportunities to improve leverage and achieve competitive advantage for FMG and Auxillis.


About you
You will have supply management experience gained in an operational environment.
You will have thorough background in network management, engineering and bodyshop operations.
You will have experience of managing suppliers within a fast-moving business environment.
Experience in performance management.
You will possess strong track record in supplier relationship management within the body repair industry.
Good experience of managing external suppliers and internal customer relationships is essential.
You will have a good technical awareness of vehicle body repair.

Good communication skills are of high importance and being able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build rapport are essential.

Influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders are highly desirable.

A strong team player, you will strive to ensure the achievement of personal goals as well as providing support to colleagues.
