Monday - Friday / 9am - 5:00pm
37.5 Hours Per Week
£11.44 per annum
Temporary - Permanent
Aldridge - WS9
Duties:
- Booking in orders using the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Liaise with companies that are used for transport
- Arrange & plan deliveries
- Customer service duties
- Any administration duties
- Answer incoming customer calls and make outgoing customer calls when required
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services
- Deal with queries or complaints in a timely manner
- Effectively handle complaints and liaise with customer service or line manager to resolve
- Liaise with territory managers to provide an internal service to their client base
Experience:
- CRM system knowledge
- Salesforce system knowledge
- Product and industry knowledge
- Drive and energy; selfstarter
- Professional with strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a range of people and cultures at all levels
- Organised and structured thinking
- Excellent time management

- IT literacy
