Administrator

Monday - Friday / 9am - 5:00pm

37.5 Hours Per Week

£11.44 per annum

Temporary - Permanent

Aldridge - WS9

Duties:


  • Booking in orders using the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Liaise with companies that are used for transport
  • Arrange & plan deliveries
  • Customer service duties
  • Any administration duties
  • Answer incoming customer calls and make outgoing customer calls when required
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services
  • Deal with queries or complaints in a timely manner
  • Effectively handle complaints and liaise with customer service or line manager to resolve
  • Liaise with territory managers to provide an internal service to their client base

Experience:


  • CRM system knowledge
  • Salesforce system knowledge
  • Product and industry knowledge
  • Drive and energy; selfstarter
  • Professional with strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a range of people and cultures at all levels
