A new and very exciting opportunity has opened up today for any Credit Controllers, who would like to join an internationally recognised company located in Duxford.

My client is looking for someone who has previous experience within Credit Control, now readyto take the next step in their career.


Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Proactive, regularly structured collection calls across the assigned accounts
  • Keeping clear and concise records of ongoing customer queries through to resolution
  • Assisting with accurate cash allocation
  • Processing of Card transactions

Key skills required:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Firm, fair and persuasive manner
  • Use of own initiative to resolve problems
  • Clearly communicate ideas and opinions
