YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all customers are welcomed in a friendly manner and their needs identified.

Control and monitor the telephone system in a prompt and professional manner.


Ensure every enquiry is handled and responded to in line with the company and manufacturer targeted guidelines, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.

An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.

Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.

An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.

Team player that offers help and support to others with ability to work autonomously.
