Job description:

Axon Moore are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling business near Carnforth who have been on an incredible growth journey over the past 12 months.

Our client is continuing to take the market by storm and are investing more than ever as they build out their business at a fast pace.

This will be a significant time to join the business and a great opportunity for an individual to make the role their own.

Responsibilities include:

Finance business partnering across multiple sites and profit centres
Implementation and improvements of controls across the group
Regular review of results; provide support and challenge regional operational leads
Identify KPIs and improve reporting and visibility across sites
Ownership of the budget processes and introduce a standardised budget model that can be applied group wide
Interrogate site by site financials with a view to introducing a standard operating model where necessary
Improve reporting packs that are distributed to regional leads
Support M&A activity

The CFO, who is a well-known established industry leader, is looking for an aspirational and highly driven, qualified individual who they can mentor and promote internally as the business expands.
