Financial Controller | Central London | Marketing | £70-75,000 base
A small growing international digital marketing agency are looking for a Financial Controller.

This Financial Controller role is a very hands on position and will take ownership of all aspects of the groups financial processes.

The Financial Controller willreport to the CFO and have the opportunity to build a small team to support the growth of the business.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an exciting, growing organisation and grow with the business.

Alongside running all the core financial processes, the Financial Controller will be heavily involved in the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles and support the CFO with strategic initiatives.

In addition, this individual will be expected to drivecontinuous process improvements and work closely with the CFO to shape the future of finance within the organisation.

This individual will need to be hands on and willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

Therefore prior experience of working within smaller or mid sized organisation and an appreciation of the differences that come with that environmentwould be hugely advantageous.

The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualified experience in a similar role.

Prior exposure to marketing, advertising, media or tech would be a benefit but not essential. The CFO is simply lookingfor someone with a great attitude and a good all round skill set.
