Business Systems Supporter to work alongside the IT manager and help with various projects and tasks.
In your new role as the
Business Systems Supporter, you will be working Monday - Friday in the client's office based in Mere and you will benefit from the use of a staff gym, staff canteen, pension plan, sick pay, free parking, and more.
Business Systems Supporter your duties will include:
- Carrying out an initial analysis of data within the ERP system.
- Report Building in Power BI/Microsoft report studio.
- Managing the IT Helpdesk to provide 1st line IT support to users around the business and escalate to the IT manager when needed.
- Working alongside IT Manager to implement changes to the IT systems.
- Liaising with the IT manager to review sources and availability of data.
- Assisting with new IT and Technology projects throughout the business.
- Making sure all server backups have run and the appropriate disk is installed.
- Liaising with key suppliers (IT Ambulance, WinMan, Tableau, Esker) and raising issues that are identified by users.
- Providing cover for the IT manager on days of absence.
- Installing new hardware and software for new users.
- Systems training and documentation.
- Completing basic administrative tasks (including answering phones, managing posts, managing printers, etc.)
We'd really like to speak with you If you have previous experience in SQL Query Writing, Experience with Power BI, and excellent IT skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems.
