What We're Looking For

  • Experience with R&D grant claim submissions "endtoend"
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and superior attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines within a fastpaced environment
  • Fluency in standard business software including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Able to engage constructively with internal and external colleagues at all levels and across different departments.
What You'll Do

  • Endtoend responsibility for the administrative and reporting side of research and development funding including timely collating and filing of grant claims consisting of billable hours and invoices
  • Fully managing the documentations surrounding administration of and payments to external research partners
  • Managing external grant audits is also a key part of the role
  • Frequent interaction with internal and external partners (Project Managers, Technologists, Finance, External partners, External audit, External Grant Monitoring Officers).
