Finance Business Partner - Carlisle - Immediate Start available.

We are pleased to be working with an impressive, market leading company based in Carlisle to recruit a Finance Business Partner to work in partnership with the Finance Director and operational leaders to drive business performance & financial control withinthe company.

This opportunity is integral to aid the business in their growth plans, as well as providing sound financial & management information across the business.

Day to day duties of the role

Responsible for the month end close & timely & accurate reporting of P & L, Balance sheet, Cash & Cost Centre reporting.
Compile and maintain monthly management accounts for publication to the Board and external bodies including business commentary, P&L, balance sheet, cashflow, overhead analysis, margin analysis.
Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process and inputs
Provide budget holders with support & direction, challenging numbers & budget overspend/variance as necessary.
Produce and manage monthly cashflow reporting and yearend cashflow forecast schedule.

Skills & experience required for success

Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience within a management accounts role, where they have had impact on commercial decisions and development of an organisation.
Team player who motivates and develops direct reports and other team members.
In depth knowledge of latest financial standards
Experience and a successful track record of working in a financial control environment.
