The Role
Our aim is to build capable colleagues, brilliant leaders, grow careers and create a learning culture.

Partnering with one of our Value Centres, you will drive the learning and talent agenda, using your deep level of knowledge, skill and expertise across the breadth of talent, development and Inclusion.

You will design and deliver learning and talent solutions that align with the strategic objectives, building programmes, facilitating career progression and strong talent pipelines.


You will drive the enterprise wide talent review actions, gathering and using data and insights, to drive performance and organisation effectiveness.


The role also requires you to:

  • Recommend courses of action to build colleague and leadership capability in line with strategy and budget.
  • Deliver leadership assessment; development planning and leadership Capability building
  • Take on coaching assignments
  • Measure impact and ROI of all learning over the medium to long term
  • Partner with the Head of Learning Operations, Head of Leadership Development and Head of DEI to make sure that learning and development is easy to access, utilises the enterprise resources, and in line with the people strategy.

What are we looking for?
An experienced talent and learning professional who has led enterprise wide programmes and worked at senior levels within organisations. An exceptional business partner with strong consultancy, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

A qualified coach and experienced facilitator. A track record of developing leaders and colleagues through assessment tools; development planning; and succession management. Strong data analysis and budget management skills
