We have a current opportunity for a College Receptionist on a temporary basis. The position will be based in two sites in the Dudley area. For further information about this position please apply.

Key responsibilities In this College Receptionist job, your responsibilities will include:

An understanding of the needs of students and the importance of a positive student experience.
Communication skills.
Proficient IT skills with the ability to use online tools to respond efficiently and effectively to enquiries.
A professional approach.
Relevant prior experience in a similar role.
Strong team working approach

Requirements:

Proven track record in a Customer Service / Receptionist role highly desired if worked in a College Receptionist role before
A full Enhanced DBS
Able to start ASAP
