Are you an experience administrator? Do you have previous reception/admin experience? Looking for a temporary role for the next 6 months?


Element Recruitment are excited to be working with an education provider, based in Bath, who are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team for the next 6 months.

This role has a potential to go permanent.

  • Starting immediately for the next 6 months
  • Pay: £12.87 per hour (+holiday)
  • Location: Central Bath
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break
  • Parking onsite

You will be:

  • Answering the mainline switchboard and directing clients to the correct department
  • Processing orders for the organisation
  • Dealing with adhoc admin tasks from all departments

You will have:

  • At least 6 months of admin experience
  • Previous experience working on a reception switchboard
  • The ability to work alone
  • Strong organisation skills
