Description

You, an organised Personal Assistant who enjoys a chatty and sociable environment, are needed to cover a long term contract as PA to the MD.

This role is initially for 6 months but could go on longer or even be made permanent. You will support the MD withadministrative duties like diary management, event booking and meeting coordination.


Client Details
You will work for a top UK hospitality organisation who run some of the countries best pubs.

This group have over 71 sites across the UK and you will work for their Head Office in Central London.

The role can mostly be done from home but you will need toaccess the office whenever necessary. They pride them selves on a fun, personable culture.


Description
As the Personal Assistant to the MD, you will be responsible for:

  • Robust and confident communication with colleagues internally and externally and a proven problem solver
  • Proactive diary coordination and organization, including planning and management of meetings
  • Proactive management of correspondence on behalf of the MD 1 diary
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
  • Producing and collating confidential data and reports when required
  • Preparing business presentations
  • Providing administration support of adhoc work
  • Expense management and travel arrangements management not really international
  • Management of support office facilities

Profile

  • Personal Assistant experience
  • Hospitality experience
  • Accurate and efficient administration using MS Office
  • Ability to start immediately or in 1 week
  • Able to get into a London office when required

Job Offer
You will be rewarded with a salary of around 45k.
