The Supply Room is looking for dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to join our team in Southampton, Hampshire.

If you have previous experience working with children in a school setting for at least 1 year, possess the qualities of punctuality and reliability, and have a genuine desire to work in the education sector on a long-term basis, we want to hear from you

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students aged 4-11 or 11-16, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Your responsibilities will include providing tailored support to individual students, assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, and creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all abilities.

This position is ideal for those with a background in support or care work, tutoring, sports coaching, psychology, or anyone with a passion for helping individuals with additional needs.

Joining The Supply Room as a Teaching Assistant offers the chance to work in our client schools in Southampton, Winchester, and Eastleigh.
