Description

We are looking for an experienced, resilient Customer Service Advisor for Maternity Cover for 12 Months to work within the healthcare industry.

The work is Monday to Friday from 8 until 5 with an hour for lunch.

The hourly rate includes an uplift for holiday pay whilst working on a temporary basis.

This position starts as temporary will transfer to Full Time Equivalent Contract.

Someone with Great organisational skills that can hit the ground running would be ideal.

Busy office, with lots of calls incoming and outgoing.

An understand approach to sensitive situations would be a real advantage.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£11.68 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hailsham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Telephone Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
