We are looking for a
Customer Service Administrator in Colchester to start ASAP Temporary role to start with a view to permanent job

Paying up to £11.95 per hour depending on experience


Your key duties in this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for various customer accounts, being the first point of contact for all post order enquiries
  • Building strong customer relationships and generating sales by providing exceptional Service
  • To manage a portfolio of accounts including order entry and all enquires
  • Ensure orders are managed effectively from start to finish
  • To own delivery and acknowledged dates and communicate these to the customer
  • First point of contact for or all order related communications.
  • To work closely with the external sales team helping them to work with the customer to grow new sales opportunities.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator role:

  • Experience of working within a sales environment (technical sales preferred)
  • Microsoft outlook proficient
  • Strong interpersonal skills, being comfortable and able to communicate effectively at all levels from the shop floor to the executive internally
  • Strong problemsolving ability
  • Data entry experience and strong administration
