Our client, a top leading UK law firm are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join their Leeds office ASAP to cover a 12 month FTC.

This position is working Monday to Friday from 9am - 5.30pm and requires someone with previous reception/front of house experieince who is flexible and happy to undertake facilities/office services duties too.

The team are looking for a Receptionist who has a friendly approach who is also professional, efficient, flexible, hard working and can work well under pressure.


Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors providing a 5* welcome at all times
  • Booking couriers for the delivery/collection of parcels to other UK offices
  • Franking outgoing mail
  • Keeping accurate records of mail and raising complaints/issues accordingly
  • Printing, scanning and copying documents
  • Preparing and issuing visitor passes
  • Ensuring the building and reception areas are clean and tidy
  • Assisting with banking and court duties
  • Setting up client meeting rooms
  • Working with PA's and Legal Assistant to provide support and understand client requirements and expectations to ensure events run smoothly
  • Coordination of hospitality requirements
  • Assisting with meeting room set ups for breakfast/lunch/evening events
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Managing room booking inbox
  • Reporting any issues to the Manager on site in a timely manner
  • Managing and processing invoices
  • Checking stationery stocks and replenishing when required

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
