We have a fantastic opportunity for a Office admin/call centre advisor to join a thriving vaping business in Bolton.


Due to the continued and fast paced growth we are looking to increase the team with an internal sales administrator.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual who is outgoing, personable and will be able to work hard on their own initiative.

Working Schedule.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 5:00
  • 30 mins for lunch

Pay rate:
£11.44 per hour


Main duties will include but not limited to:


  • Monitoring and managing the sales inbox
:

Receiving customer telephone enquiries / sales
:

Making phone calls to potential customers:

-
Maintaining client records and sales information
:

Processing orders
:

-
General tasks as requested by the sales team
:

Liaising with warehouse teams to get orders out
:

Outbound sales calls.

A confident telephone manner is essential. Previous sales experience would be beneficial.
Essential skills/experience.

  • Motivated and driven personality.
  • Highly organised.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to integrate well within a team.
  • Meeting deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal (English) communication skills.
Preferable skills/experience.

The following skills/experience would be preferred but are not essential. Training and support will be provided.

  • Experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience in a call centre position
  • Experience in a sales environment.
  • Experience in the vape industry.

Job Types:

Full-time, Temp to perm

From £11.44 per hour
