Responsibilities
As a
Customer Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the South-West Water Team, supporting them in provide high quality drinking and waste water service throughout Cornwall, Devon, Bournemouth and small parts of Somerset.
Your day to day will include:
- be responsible for delivering and supporting others to achieve excellent customer service on behalf of South-West Water and Kier
- where necessary, take ownership where South-West Water Key Account Customers are affected by works or events
- proactively manage sensitive interactions - e.g. Planned Interruptions, Flooding of multiple properties

This role of Customer Liaison Officer is great for you if you have:
- Experience in a Customer Service environment
- Excellent communication skills and high standard of English, both verbal and written
