Website Content Manager (Contract) | Hyper-Growth Software | EMEA (remote)

The headquarters is based in mainland Europe, and its office space supports the company culture to provide a beautiful work environment where creativity and people thrive, but this role is remote.


Role:

This role will sit in the global brand marketing team working cross-functionally with product, product marketing, demand generation, customer success, sales and support on:


Website content:

- working alongside Director (Brand), CMO, technical writer and product manager to develop great content for our website

  • Blog
  • Case studies
  • Video brand and explainer
  • Project management of rebrand/reskin and content update of new website

Website optimisation

  • Set our SEO, SEM strategy and liaising with product, demand generation and agencies as needed
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly website reports and track traffic statistics, KPIs and SEO/SEM and make recommendations of how to improve our website
  • Optimise landing pages
  • Make tweaks to design and pages to optimise performance and conversions

Website design

  • Work with product manager, technical writer and demand generation teams to help create demand generation landing pages and set up campaign tracking

Blog

  • Develop and own a blog calendar and coordinating, co writing / ghostwriting content alongside PR Manager, PR Director to align on core messaging and themes
  • Work with PR manager, technical writer and our demand gen team to optimise our blog for search engines
  • Work with demand generation and our social agency on blog content syndication via third party websites

Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years of B2B website marketing experience, preferably in SaaS/PaaS
  • Proven experience managing website content (CMS), blog content and social channels
  • Proven design skills and experience working in tools. Figma platform experience preferred, Adobe experience essential
  • SEO/SEM tool experience, ahrefs experience preferred
  • Proven experience conducting keyword research and writing SEOfriendly content
  • Proven experience reporting, measuring and optimising website performance
  • Experience working with demand generation, marketing, PR, sales to optimise to ensure the website is driving leads and contributing to pipeline opportunities
  • Experience working and managing agencies as well as coordinating with product, product marketing teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills
  • Video editing, creation experience would be desirable
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and with limited oversight to accomplish objectives and evaluate results.
  • Strong knowledge of technical, website marketing and advertising best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Framer or CMS experience, coding experience is a plus, but not essential
