We are on the hunt for a dedicated Security Officer who can ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and residents.

This role is not just about maintaining security; it's about creating a safe, welcoming environment where our students and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times
Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
Access / Egress control
Key Holding responsibilities
Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
Provide a high standard of customer service
Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a 'can do' ethos
Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

Requirements:

Essential:_
Valid SIA Licence
Commitment to providing first class customer service
Good verbal and written communication
Fully comprehensive 5year work/education history
Excellent attention to detail
