Are you an experienced hospitality operator? Are you looking to step away from the grind and into something challenging? If so we have the role for you
We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful and expanding national team. Verve People are a leading Hospitality Agency in London.

We specialise in providing trained and professional staff to some of the most exciting, popular venues and events in and around London.

What will I be doing?

Ensuring all of the work force are compliant with all current right to work legislation, company standards and regulatory standards
Creating and managing relevant job advertisements, in line with business needs
Liaising with our Hospitality Consultants to understand and meet business demands throughout the year
Manage starter & leaver processes using our workforce management software
Ensure inductions are refreshed and modernised, to deliver the correct information to our new team members
Conducting on boarding and setting standards of company induction
Confidently delivering to the agreed targets, as set by the Branch Manager
Have a flexible and adaptable approach to business
Organised and able to prioritise necessary tasks concurrently
Be able to captivate an audience
Socially confident with ability to inspire
Up to date with current market trends and cultures
Able to quickly establish close working relationships
