What You'll Be Doing/ What we are looking for
When working as a
Lead Technical Artistthere will be multiple lines of work and qualities, we are looking for inducing:

  • Leading and managing other artists to deliver projects in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the team in delivering new visuals
  • Maintain a close and professional working relationship with the management team, producers, leads, directors, and other teams to raise project quality
  • Mentor and assist colleagues
  • Track and maintain schedules

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Several year's experience in managing art pipelines
  • 2 years in a senior or lead artist position (Ideally)
  • 3 years minimum experience in working with 3D packages as well as 2D authorising software
  • Passion about the gaming industry
  • The ability to successfully work in a team
  • Excellent communication and an eye for detail
