HR Administrator - Liverpool, United Kingdom - Reed Business Support

Temporary HR Administrator - 3 months - starting asap. £11ph - City centre location.
We are currently recruiting for a large Liverpool city centre based firm in order to add temporary assistance to their HR team.
Duties could include the following but not be totally limited to
- Effective data entry and updating spreadsheets / company database.
- Recording HR related information correctly.
- Handling new starter information and recording, handling sensitive and confidential information and tracking.
- Prepare files and documents.
- Take any inbound calls for the team.
- All other administration as required.
We are ideally looking for someone with prior HR experience, or any experience within a similar setting such as compliance or recruitment.
You will have strong IT skills, particularly with Excel, you will have strong communication skills both written and spoken and you must be able to work effectively within a team.
An hourly rate of £11ph plus holiday pay.
This role is Monday to Friday working 9am-5.30pm but finishing 5pm on a Friday.
