We are currently seeking a Property Delivery Surveyor, ideally with a successful track record working within the Housing sector.

They advise on reinvestment programmes, stock condition surveys, and provide specialist surveyor input on a range of other mattersto ensure that properties are maintained and retain their value.

This is a great opportunity for either an experienced professional, or a recent graduate looking to progress their career within the housing sector.

The role of Property Delivery Surveyor will include:

  • Completing repairs inspections and overseeing required work to successful resolution.
  • Experience coming from a similar Property delivery Surveyor Surveyor
  • Undertaking stock condition surveys in line with organisational policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance
  • Helping to identify required asset improvements in line with business plans, ensuring that strategies and plans are developed and high quality services are delivered
  • Managing cyclical and capital work projects in line with legislation and making appropriate recommendations
  • Overseeing the delivery of mixed tenure work programmes in accordance with the organisation's financial policies and procedures
  • Managing disrepair and environmental health cases which will enable you to suggest appropriate remedies and strategies to address any building relating issues
  • Managing external contractors to ensure maintenance work is carried out in accordance with contract specifications and programmes
