Job Description - Technical Support Advisor
The role
Due to company and industry growth continue to look to grow both our Domestic and Commercial teams.
In preparation for the near future and the growth of the industry with new funding schemes and Government initiatives around energy efficiency and building sustainability, we want to ensure that we are prepared for the busy times ahead.
We are looking for full time technical support advisors to work in our office in Bath however we would also consider part time roles.
We would welcome the opportunity to discuss these new roles with current assessors who can bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our growing team _or_ individuals open to train as an Energy Assessor as part of their role.
As well as becoming qualified we would provide internal training to bring you up to speed with current standards and Quidos processes.
The main part of your role will be to provide high level and consistent support to our members through the provision of excellent technical support which includes telephone, written, and face to face communications.
Our main aim is to ensure the department meets its targets by providing customer service excellence, delivering a high quality technical and quality service with a positive attitude towards meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Main duties
- Client liaison and account handling, including ensuring relevant industry communications are distributed.
- Assist with monthly newsletter content.
- Proactively ensure departmental and personal deadlines and targets are met, demonstrating appropriate prioritisation and timemanagement, politely liaising with management and other staff as necessary.
- Accurately and efficiently assist with quality assurance testing of new or improved product and feature developments, paying careful attention to detail ensuring releases are ready for market.
- Client liaison and account handling, including ensuring relevant industry communications are distributed.
- Accurately and efficiently assist with quality control checks in all areas of daytoday activities, ensuring Quidos quality standards are met.
- Liaise with the software development team to advise of future enhancements
- Experience in use of Microsoft Office including (but not limited to) Excel, Outlook and Word
- Domestic/Commercial Energy Assessor qualified
- Remote working available up to 2 days a week

We are a busy and dynamic team that are looking for somebody with great personal skills, calm under pressure, a willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail.
We use a range of computer software, mainly Microsoft Office based, but any additional skills in that area would be a great advantage.

£18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
