I am working with a client who are based on the outskirts of Catterick as they have a great opportunity to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

To be successful within the role you must be hard working, process orientated and a team player.


The role and responsibilities:

  • Assist the recruitment process and HR functions
  • Manage the onboarding process and take a lead on inductions with new starters
  • Maintain the Recruitment HR system and ensure details are kept up to date
  • Assist in building on existing Graduate, Placement and Apprenticeship programmes
  • Project management support with various ongoing projects
  • Ensuring electronic filing and documentation is up to date and stored correctly
  • Take a lead on finding relevant recruitment fairs and events
  • Support with the roll out and transition into a new ATS system
  • Support and take a lead on health and wellbeing incentives

Key skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Communicate with all levels with internal teams
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
  • Have a proactive approach with a "can do" attitude.

Hours:
Full-time 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility
