Tempting Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a
local authority in
North London to recruit an experienced
Customer Service Advisor If you are looking to increase your earnings for the year,
Contract: - 6 months (Possible Extension)
Salary:
£17.10p/h (Umbrella)
Start Date:
ASAP
Shift Pattern: 36 hours / Full-time
Start Time: 9:00am - 17:30pm
DUTIES:
- Promote and provide a high quality of customer service ensuring this is maintained at all times.
- Deal quickly and effectively with customer enquiries and complaints either face to face, via telephone or via electronic contact, referring issues on where appropriate.
- Assist with accurate annual stocktaking exercises in all branches.
- To promote a positive image as a service provider to the local community, working to ensure all customers receive an efficient, effective and highquality service.
- To work as part of a team providing the efficient daytoday operation within libraries and encouraging customers to selfserve.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience of working in a multifunctional customer facing, contact centre or library environment within local authority.
- Ability to deliver a positive customer experience by being friendly and helpful, honest and respectful and professional and courteous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and some Saturdays.
- Ability to undertake all aspects of the job, including replenishment of stock, floor walking and counter work.
- Be polite and courteous when conversing with the public.
