Senior Deliver Manager - INSIDE IR35


We are recruiting for a Senior Deliver Manager
.This will be on an initial 5 month contract, mainly remote working with occasional travel to London and Inside IR35.


As a response to changing market conditions, customer expectations and the opportunity to create and sell new digital products and services, Informa is rapidly enhancing its order-to-cash capabilities from both a process and technology perspective.

As our propositions rapidly extend into the provision of digital products and services, this requires:

  • The ability to provide new payments plans to our customers that are aligned with the shift to a "subscription economy"
- bundling our new products with our "traditional" products and services in a way that creates additional value to our customers and an all-year-round relationship rather one tied to a particular event
- product selection, order and customer self-service experiences for our customers that are truly omni-channel in nature
- a broader range of payment methods that support evolving regional or national preferences
- the need to support global sales tax jurisdictions that are becoming increasingly complex and shifting to a need for e-invoicing.


Reporting line
The role will report to CRM and Ecommerce Director


This role will be expected to work closely with Leaders in Change Delivery, Architecture, Platform Services, Testing, Support and Cloud + Infrastructure on shared Op Model improvements.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Demonstrable experience of building maturity in agile and engineering working practices
  • Robust understanding / experience of the Ordertocash process, typical technologies and considerations when implementing successful endtoend solutions
