Our client is seeking to appoint a skilled credit control supervisor to join their small team in ensuring aged debt is resolved promptly and professionally.

You will be a highly organised individual, with excellent time management and communication skills. This is a B2B role, so experience is essential in order to hit the ground running and support the wider team._

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise distribution of work amongst the team
Making contact with businesses in order to resolve aged debt promptly and professionally
Compiling reports, meeting with wider management teams to update and improve efficiencies across the business
Support a small team of 3 in ensuring adequate workload distribution and correct support, guidance and training is offered
Updating internal systems and other employees as to progress
Escalate any issues as necessary
Calmly find a resolution between businesses in a diplomatic manner with the bigger picture at the forefront
