Other duties will include:
- Log all calls
- Check payment failures
- Updating customer information accurately
- Carry out checks on individuals using the provided software and for clients, ensuring all personal data is correct and the individual is eligible for the product
- Weekly reporting for clients pulling data from database
Skills/Experience:
- Experience within a customer services call centre
- Happy and able to work in a home working setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Complaint/Objection handling
- Understand ID&V & security measures
- A high proficiently in written English
