Reporting Administrator - Grain, United Kingdom - SGS
Description
Our Client, National Grid, are currently looking for a Reporting Administrator on for up-to 12 months contract (maternity cover) at their Isle of Grain facility (ME3 0AJ)The role shall provide important administrative support to the Project Director and the wider CAP 25 project.
The primary functions shall include, but are not limited to:
- Calendar and meeting management
- Office administration and organisation
- Raising Purchase Orders and reconciling invoices
- Reporting of key project data and compilation of project literature as required
- Drafting correspondence and communicating with the wider project team as required
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
