We are looking for a scheduler to join our Salford Team
As the
scheduler, you will have responsibility for scheduling Care Professional rotas, ensuring our clients get the right care, at the right time, with the right person.
Job Description:
You will -
- Answer phones and deal with queries as they come in.
- Be responsible for maintaining Client and Care Professional relationships. This role is phone based excellent customer service skills are essential in this role.
- Be flexible and adaptable. Your day can change at a moment's notice, covering last minute sickness or making changes to Clients schedules.
- Uphold the Home Instead values by implementing long term, sustainable Client schedules.
- Have excellent computer skills and will utilise our bespoke system to template ongoing scheduling.
- Be a keen communicator, you are the link between Care Professional and Client you will keep all parties updated at all times of any changes to schedules.
- Work closely with Care Coordinator to construct creative and lasting schedules for new Clients.
- Organise Care Professional and Client introductions making sure all parties are well informed at all stages.
- Be part of the out of hours On Call team
- Care Above all you will have an insatiable desire to enrich the lives of your clients, understanding the Home Instead mission and what an impact your role can have on their lives.
- Enjoy learning new things, have a curious nature, be a superb communicator and not be afraid to ask questions.
- Be organised, reliable, professional, and a problem solver with the ability to think logically. You will be required to use your initiative to start and complete tasks.
