We are currently recruiting an experienced
Property/Auction Administrator


You must posess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be computer literate (previous Estate Agency software would be advantageous).


As this is a new project, It is important that you are a self motivated self starter who can work productively with mínimal supervision.


You will be working in a fast paced environment so as a Property Administrator you must be able to work efficiently and stick to tight deadlines.


You will also need to be personable, energetic and able to multi-task.

  • Skills/Duties required:_
  • Previous experience in Auction/Property/Estate Agent administration
  • Uploading pictures and descriptions of properties
  • Well organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Responsible for all office administration
  • High Level of Customer Service
  • Impeccable telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated

Salary:
From £23,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oldham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
