A Top 50 Property Consultancy are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to be based from their established Central London office.


The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be working alongside a varied portfolio of long-standing clients and will be given exposure to the full building-surveying spectrum of professional services including; schedules of conditions, party wall matters,dilapidations, contract admin and defect diagnosis and running projects.


As the new Graduate Building Surveyor, you will have full tailored APC support and training, with APC assessors within the team.

This consultancy pride themselves on their growth opportunities and once Chartered you will have ample opportunity to continueyour progression within the business to directorship.


The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying essential
  • Motivated to achieve MRICS status
  • Be selfmotivated, ambitious and organised
  • Client facing and a confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Good understanding of BS services
  • Work well with others
  • A keen learner
