£32,000-£35,000

Tamworth (hybrid)


Macildowie are delighted to be working alongside an education provider who are currently recruiting for a HR Officer to join their growing team.

With 1300 staff across multiple sites, they need a confident and experience HR professional able to support onall HR duties across the organisation including employee relations, casework, ad-hoc projects and TUPE.

The role offers excellent flexible working and excellent benefits including up to 35days off a year.

Some of the role responsibilities include:

  • Managing ER caseload across the trust
  • Implementing policies and procedures across the trust
  • Support on pay grading alignment
  • Support on benefits and package review
  • Support on the EDI initiative
  • Manage TUPE
  • Have multisite HR experience
  • Have experience writing policies and T+Cs
  • Have worked in a regulated or unionised environment
