A popular and established British brand is looking for an Transaction Manager to join the successful team in Brighton working in a luxury car dealership with vehicles worth up to £150,000.

Supporting you, will be one of the best established luxury car groups in the South of England, providing you with all the support required to be successful, alongside the development opportunities for a long-term career.

What you will be rewarded with:

Basic £25,000
OTE £60,000 (uncapped)

Day to day as a transaction manager:

Increase customer sales from initial enquiries and existing Harwoods customers via the Lead Management System
Generating sales
Proactively identify and pursue relationship opportunities via outbound sales and marketing channels to improve future renewal activities and finance retention business
Ensure accurate completion of documentation, prompt collection of outstanding payments and safe handling of cash and cheque transactions
Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement
Formulate training plans for sales executives to increase car sales, finance, insurance and warranty sales
Assist the management team in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis

What will you need:

3+ years' experience plus in a Premium Car Sales Executive role or previous transaction manger experience
Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
Positive attitude and results driven mentality to work
