Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful and award winning Law Firm based in Birmingham.
They are looking for a Receptionist to work as part a small front of house team to provide a smart and welcoming service to clients and visitors.
What will the role involve?
- Meeting and greeting visitors into the impressive office space in Birmingham.
- Providing refreshments and overseeing the flow of visitors.
- Receiving deliveries, logging and distributing post.
- Creating temporary and permanent access passes.
- Updating a digital diary for appointments and meeting rooms.
- Answering inbound calls both externally and internally.
What will you need?
- Previous experience in a similar role, front of house, Reception or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for liaising with people.
- A friendly, smart and smiley personality.
- MS Office digital calendar and diary management experience
. - Good cup of tea making skills
