What will you be doing?


Working as part of the DTC Operations Team and reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will gain exposure to all aspects of manufacturing operations within a highly technical industry.


You will spend time, on rotation, embedded within the various functional teams that, together, ensure the delivery of DTC products to our customers.

You will work with the function leaders to promote and drive business process improvements within the disciplines of purchasing, planning, materials management, manufacturing engineering, test engineering and production.

You may be expected to lead small project teams.

You may be expected to travel internationally.

The work undertaken will be tailored to meet both your personal development objectives and the needs of the business.


What are we looking for?
DTC are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and competent graduate to work within our Operations function.

We are looking for someone who can display many of the following attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Qualifications:_
  • Minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor's degree (predicted) in Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline
