This is a Head of International Sales position where you will be responsible for driving that growth within export markets.

About the company:
Our client has a portfolio of houseware brands that are well loved.
The business has an ambition to double the size of their export markets within 5 years and they are looking for an ambitious Head of International Sales to drive their brands to new heights across the globe.
Role Overview:
As the Head of International, you will be at the forefront of the global expansion strategy.
You will lead the charge in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the seamless integration of their brand into diverse markets.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, cultural adaptability, and a passion for delivering commercial targets and localised NPD.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales-Develop and execute a comprehensive international expansion strategy through distributors and direct retail partners.

Commercials
- You will take complete commercial ownership for the bottom line (full P&L accountability).
Budgets-Plan and budget for monthly, quarterly and annual budget cycles.

People Management
- Manage a team of 2
- Lead and mentor, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Functional working** Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including NPD, marketing, supply chain and finance.

Research
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- A proven track record of successfully expanding a brand's presence in international markets via distributors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally (20%30% of the time).
- Languages (preferable)
