HR Coordinator (HR & Payroll)

Stratford-Upon-Avon

£25,000 - £28,000p/a

Full time position - hybrid
Four Squared Recruitment are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Coordinator based in Stratford. This is an exciting position in a forward thinking and consistently growing team.


Duties and responsibilities -

  • Supporting HR with all aspects of Admin
  • Coordinate recruitment process
  • Completing induction process
  • Maintaining HR records
  • Responsible for coordination of Payroll

Skills and capabilities -

  • Experience within a HR based role
  • Knowledge of current UK PAYE legislation
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
