Description

You will motivate your team to support delivery of exceptional services to our client group and will have the ability to connect quickly with both staff and service users, treating them respectfully and with dignity.

This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing, so it's important that you are highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.

You and your team will be responsible for delivering against targets, always ensuring the service is complying with all of the necessary requirements that arise from working in a social care setting.

There'll be data analysis and administration tasks to deal with too, but that's all part of this busy and varied job that you take in your stride.


We are looking for someone who can evidence strong leadership skills who is able to demonstrate the ability to line manage a small team of service administrators in a busy treatment service.

This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of £23,821 - £28,000 per annum.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with an inspiring and engaging approach.
