Location:

Salary:
Dependent on Experience with favourable Commission Structure

You will have a successful background in working in Permanent Recruitment for a minimum of 1 year or have 4 years hospitality experience.

- constructively assess your own performance, act with agility, and think laterally to stay ahead of competitors.

You must have knowledge and expertise of having worked within the region you are focused on growing.

- work towards targets with tenacity,
and have fun with your team whilst doing so
- possess exceptional written and spoken English and be able to engage in both formal and informal styles of communication - knowing when to use either.
- have a keen interest in social media platforms and future technological developments. This is essential as you will be required to use developing technology to maximise competitive advantage.
- understand and embrace the need to be highly organised and possess meticulous administrative discipline.

Key Responsibilities

You will contribute significant influence in the creation of an environment where Off to Work becomes the preferred Talent Placement solution to the Hospitality sector through the strength, depth, and diversity of skill set in your talent pool.

Working with our custom built CRM and WMS you will report on your progress on a weekly basis using activity metrics and evaluating performance against set KPI's.

You will be given professional recruitment specific training and your commitment and hard work will be rewarded as the business grows.
