CMA are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a brilliant global business with headquarters in central Southampton.

The role of Credit Control administrator will provide support to the Credit department, working in a team of 3 to improve the company's cash-flowposition.


This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential of a permanent role on completion.

What will the Credit Control Administrator role involve?

  • Managing telephone calls and dealing with customer queries;
  • Monitor the credit control inbox and offer prompt responses to resolve queries, or pass to the relevant team member;
  • Take customer card payments over telephone;
  • Send copy invoices and statements to customers as requested;
  • Customer portal administration;
  • Assist Manager to make improvements and implement required changes;
  • Documenting SOP's;
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Experience in credit control and an administration role;
  • Good telephone manner;
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure;
  • Excellent Attention to detail;
  • Strong numeracy skills;
  • Flexibility and good team worker;
  • A cando attitude;
  • Confidence relating to others;
  • Excellent customer service and key account handling ability.
