Our Warehouse Operation is an impressive, state of the art, 2.5m square foot Distribution Centre in Shirebrook, and one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.

We are currently looking to grow our Warehouse Team with individuals who are obsessed with continuous improvement and innovation

We are investing in our Warehouse and we are looking to build our Technical Operations Team further by hiring multiple Technical Operators to support our Engineering Team

This is an entry level role
- we will provide 2 weeks classroom training and you will be granted with Level 2 Technical Certification (preparing to work in the engineering and manufacturing Industry
  • PWEMI) upon successful completion. There are progression opportunities in the role to eventually complete an Apprenticeship.


You'll be critical in maintaining a consistent operation by supporting in both planned and reactive maintenance activities on our equipment.

This will included fault diagnosis, clearing stoppages/blockages and optimising automation performance.


You will take a proactive approach to evaluating equipment, ensuring safety and reliability, promoting a continuous improvement culture and playing a crucial role in the success of Frasers Group.


Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotation of days / nights)

We are open to completely entry level up to NVQ L2 and salary would be dependant on experience

Qualifications

  • Able to work as part of a team and strong communication skills
  • Able to work in a time critical environment
  • Effective time and workload management skills
  • PC literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of automated material handling systems desirable but not essential
  • Ability or experience to work comfortably at height
