Operations Account Manager
Swanley

£30,000 - £35,000 - depending on suitability + bonus

FT - Monday to Friday, 8-5, with flexibility to work outside these hours


An enthusiastic Operations Account Manager is required to oversee a large contract in Swanley for Hunters' client, a specialist cleaning company.


Operations Account Manager - duties

  • Administer all commercial enquiries coming into the office, from enquiry all the way to completion and payment
  • Develop long term relationships and repeat business from existing and new customers gained through enquiries
  • Promote and maintain health and safety in the workplace and on work sites at all times and perform all enquiries and allocated duties to quality standards set or desired
  • Produce weekly report to present to managing director on progress against target
  • Continuously monitor feedback on pricing, service, competitors and potential markets to feed back into the marketing process
  • Continuously monitor the sources of enquiries and feed back into marketing strategy

Operations Account Manager - the fit

  • A high level of administrative/operations experience
  • Enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Regular attendance at work
  • Good communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge: Word and Excel
  • Customer care experience
  • Basic accountancy knowledge
