Insurance client looking for In House Solicitor with PI & Prof Negligence experience, Tort and Contract based contentious Civil litigation disputes:

Personal Injury:
RTA, EL, PL, Negligence (to include Complex / Catastrophic high value personal injury cases)
Professional Negligence and basic (non-complex) Commercial disputes

To have a reasonable working knowledge of Contract drafting

Day to day you will be evaluating bespoke cover of legal expense policies and assessing the risk pre cover and then when in cover; from start, mid and end of cover in relation to evidence based assessment of disputes, offers and everything that can cropup in between

Disputes 50% and company compliance monitoring in relation with FCA requirements.

Essential
Minimum 4 years PQE

Desirable
working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance (Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulatory Authority) in relation to General Insurers


Salary:
£35-£50k DoE,
